Kirkbride – what’s next?

The NSW State government has decided to move expeditiously to secure a tenant(s) for Kirkbride, the former home of the Sydney College of the Arts and the original asylum buildings at Callan Park. The Department of Planning, Industry and Environment (DPIE) announced on 17 June 2020 the launch of the Expressions of Interest (EOI) campaign.

For more details of the  Expressions of Interest, see:  https://kirkbrideprecinct.com.au/  and the Information Memorandum (Click to download PDF file ).  It is worth looking at the visualisations and watching the videos!
