Labor’s promises re Callan Park prior the NSW election 23 March

Friends of Callan Park received a letter from Penny Sharpe, Shadow Minister for the Environment & Heritage outlining Labor’s commitments re Callan Park prior to the election. See 130219Penny Sharpe to Friends of Callan Park

Since receiving this letter and subsequent media coverage, Ms Sharpe MP confirmed that it is not Labor’s intention to change the Callan Park (Special Provisions) Act 2002 and that the $10 million is in addition to the approximately $1.5 million that the current government is spending at Callan Park and Broughton Hall for grounds maintenance, security, staff, etc..
